My primary goal is burning calories while lifting weights and my secondary goal is fat burn during cardio.
The strength section needs to have the ability to monitor calories burned as well as current HR. Since all the strength section does is give pre-made workouts I am forced to use the cardio section which becomes annoying when trying to tell my cardio sessions apart from my strength sessions.
The cardio section needs the ability to tell the user what each zone is or does. No where in the app does it ever tell me what my fat burning zone is.
Also, when doing cardio it is a lot harder to look at your phone than a watch, so I would of thought I would of been able to set a zone and have the TICKRx vibrate when entering/leaving the zone I wanted. For me that would be my fat burning zone.
I think if these features were added in then this app would definitely be 5 star.
